When we met with Pink Ribbon Girls for the first time, we were immediately inspired by the work they are doing for clients in our community.  Their services are very unique and provide something so special.  We wondered why we had not already heard about them, and instantly wanted to help however we could.  We are very proud to be their automotive partner here in Central Ohio, providing the Pink Ribbon Girls with 3 vans to get women to and from treatments.  Whenever we see those vans driving around town with the big ribbons and PRG all over them, we get so excited knowing they are being put to such good use!

What energizes you about PRG?

What energizes us is the incredible services they provide, and they do it with so much heart!  When women are battling these forms of cancers, they and their families want to be able to focus on their treatments, time together, and getting healthy again.  Giving them that comfort of not having to worry about rides to treatments, getting meals cooked, or cleaning the house is such a weight off of their shoulders and allows them to spend more time on what is really most important.

What are some of the goals you have for PRG as a donor?

Continued growth!  If PRG comes to us saying they need more vehicles to provide adequate transportation services, in our opinion, that would be a wonderful thing.  That would mean even more women and families in Central Ohio are being served.  We hope to see more partners come on board and are happy to be one of them that is along for the ride!

What would you tell others about PRG?

The Pink Ribbon Girls are not just providing services – they are providing a great emotional support.  Their drivers are incredible women, and they give much more to these women than just a ride to treatment.  They give them a shoulder to lean on, both physically and emotionally, and help them in the most beautiful way.  That is something that is invaluable!

What is the best thing you have seen come out of PRG?

The best thing that Pink Ribbon Girls is doing is making people notice the other important things that can help a woman out while she battles the biggest fight she’s faced.  Simple tasks seem like much heavier burdens during those battles, and they take that burden away.  To all the Pink Ribbon Girls, you are doing a WONDERFUL thing, and we thank you so much for your dedication.  We are so happy to know that our money is going to a cause like this!
