This Coffee Talk includes an explanation of the Pink Ribbon Diet, focusing on a diet rich in olive oil, whole grains and vegetables to make your body a potent cancer fighter! We will taste breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes from the book. ( lots of food, come hungry). The class includes a glass of red wine, recipes to take home and a 60 ml sampler of one of our olive oils.
